All Nadine Gems orders are processed within 1–3 business days after you receive your order confirmation email.
We do not ship or deliver orders on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or courier delays, shipping may take a little longer. In such cases, we’ll contact you by email or WhatsApp to keep you updated.

We currently ship across Egypt and offer international shipping to selected countries.

Nadine Gems is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to international shipments.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.


5. Damaged or Lost Packages

Nadine Gems is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the courier immediately and notify us at 01555932726 so we can help resolve the issue.
Please keep all packaging materials and the product until your claim is processed.
