At Nadine Gems, your satisfaction is our top priority. Each piece is crafted and handled with great care.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging (including jewelry boxes, pouches, and tags).
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice) must be provided.

Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and personalized/custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Personalized or custom-designed jewelry
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.

If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider as processing times may vary.


5. Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange your item for another size, color, or product of equal value, subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item and for reshipping the exchanged item.


6. Return Process

  1. Email us at info@nadinegems.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Once approved, we’ll share our return address and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship it back using a trackable courier service.
    Nadine Gems is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
